Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026 Version: 1.1

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Brainstretch, a puzzle and brain-game service operated by Eyal Lapid (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Brainstretch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Brainstretch, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
  • you will use Brainstretch only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If you do not agree, do not use Brainstretch.

2. Service

Brainstretch provides public pages, selected guest demo games, and account-backed puzzle play. Account-backed play may include saved progress, profiles, preferences, races, game history, scores, and statistics.

We may change, add, pause, or remove games and features as the product evolves.

3. Guest Demos

Guest demos are temporary. Demo progress is not durable saved progress and may reset when you refresh, close the page, lose the LiveView session, clear browser state, or when we update the service.

Create an account if you want saved progress and account-backed features.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, devices, and account access secure. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account from settings. Account deletion is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • use Brainstretch for unlawful purposes;
  • disrupt, overload, probe, or attack the service;
  • use bots, scripts, scraping, automated play, or automated account creation without permission;
  • cheat, manipulate scores, abuse races, or interfere with other players;
  • reverse engineer private systems or circumvent access controls;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • transmit malware or harmful code;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect Brainstretch, users, or legal rights.

6. Game Content and Statistics

Brainstretch is for entertainment, practice, and personal puzzle play. Puzzle outcomes, scores, leaderboards, races, statistics, and feedback are product features. They are not medical advice, cognitive assessment, educational certification, or professional advice.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use any game results or statistics.

7. Intellectual Property

Brainstretch, including its software, design, game presentation, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

You may use Brainstretch for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Brainstretch except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

8. User Content

If Brainstretch lets you create profile names, settings, notes, feedback, or other user-submitted content, you are responsible for that content. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, display, and use it to provide and improve the service.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or misleading.

9. Paid Features

Brainstretch does not currently sell paid subscriptions, premium packs, paid accounts, or in-app purchases. If paid features launch, additional payment or store terms may apply. See the Refund Policy for current billing and refund information.

10. Availability and Changes

Brainstretch is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of guest demo state, or availability of any specific game or feature.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of progress; loss of profits; or service interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Brainstretch or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact legal@brainstretch.ing so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Brainstretch evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service or by email.
