This Refund Policy explains how Brainstretch handles billing and refund questions.

Current Product State

Brainstretch does not currently sell paid subscriptions, premium packs, paid accounts, or in-app purchases. Public pages, guest demos, and account-backed play are available without a Brainstretch payment at this time.

Because there is no paid Brainstretch product today, there are currently no Brainstretch charges to refund.

Future Paid Features

Brainstretch may add paid features in the future, such as premium packs, subscriptions, or store-managed purchases. If we introduce paid features, we will update this policy before those purchases are made available.

Future purchases may be processed by a payment provider or app store. Refund handling may depend on where the purchase was made, the provider’s rules, and mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Billing Questions

If you believe you were charged for Brainstretch or have a billing question, contact us at billing@brainstretch.ing. Include the email address you used for Brainstretch and any receipt or transaction details you have.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy as Brainstretch evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
