Connect every island into one network with bridges.

Each island's number is how many bridges must touch it. Bridges run straight between two islands, at most two between any pair, and bridges may not cross.
- Controls

Draw a bridge between two islands to add a link, and draw again to add a second or clear it. Every island must end up connected to the rest.
